Victoria Beckham's Cannes Look | 3 Simple Steps

Step 1
Use a sea salt spray before setting or tonging the entire head in a traditional setting pattern (check out my tutorial on my app, LongHairHow2. It's under Vintage Waves, Hot Roller Set. Links below) 
Step 2
Using fingers as a comb, direct the hair to a loose pony at the back. Once in place, pull the pony half way out and loop the hair into soft bubbles.

Step 3
Gently pull soft pieces around the hairline and loosen out around the pony tail. Pin well to hold.
