How much is Delivery for Products?
The Delivery cost is shown on the Checkout form once you select your Country. We always Deliver via registered express mail services. The Delivery cost depends on your country and the weight of the items. For heavier items or delivery to some overseas countries, our web order form may not be able to calculate the proper Delivery cost. In this case, the Delivery cost will be shown as $0 and we will contact you first with the exact cost before we post your order.
If you have only ordered Education Courses, there is no Delivery cost.
What happens after I have placed my Order?
Once you have placed your order, you will immediately receive an email detailing the order. Please check this and contact us if you have any problems. We will normally process your order within one working day.
If you have ordered Products, your card will be debited when the order is posted. The order will include your receipt. If you have ordered Education courses, your card will be debited when your order is processed and a confirmation letter (including course details and equipment required) plus a tax invoice and receipt will be posted to you.
What happens if a Product is out of stock?
If we do not have the product that you've ordered, we will notify you before we post your order. We will ask if you would like to substitute it with a similar one, wait until we have it in stock or remove it from the order.
How does your Discount Policy work?
Periodically we may have special offers on certain courses or products. These will be automatically shown on your order.
We may also periodically offer discounts via a Promotional Code that you enter on our Checkout form. In this case, the order will not show the discount; this will be applied when your order is processed.
Note that a discount or offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or discount.
How long should Delivery take?
Australian Express Post is next day delivery to all major centres. International post is generally 4 to 6 working days. Please contact us if you have not received your order by this time.
What if I'm out when my Delivery arrives?
If Australia Post fails to deliver the first time, they should leave a card offering you the option for collection within a week from your local sorting office. If you live outside of Australia then service may vary from country to country.
What is your Return Policy for Products?
We will only accept return of a product if it is faulty. You have up to 10 working days to return the item. A faulty product will not be accepted if you damage it yourself or it has been subject to normal wear and tear. Contact us if you have a product to return.
What is your Education Course Cancellation & Refund Policy?
Notice of cancellation must be by phone to us. If 14 days or less notice is given, or the course is not attended, no refund is due. If more than 14 days notice is given, 75% of your payment will be refunded, or you can transfer to another course with no cost. Substituting a person incurs no cost. If a deposit has been made and the balance has not been paid 14 days before the course, we will consider you as having cancelled and no refund is due. In the event of the course being cancelled by us, a full refund will be given. Refunds will be made within 14 days of cancellation.
